Alaska Ratepayers, Inc. was formed as an independent non-profit corporation to express concerns and propose solutions on a regional basis, not from a single utility point of view. The goal of Alaska Ratepayers is to promote Affordable, Reliable, and Predictable Energy for the Future. - Found that overreliance on formerly cheap fossil fuel (gas) needs to be reversed, and supply needs to be increased as demand grows and stabilized
