The best resource in the Railbelt is large hydro.  In many areas Statewide, small hydro is appropriate.

That is why Alaska Ratepayers supports immediate legislative appropriations for design, permitting, and equity funding for the Susitna Hydro Phase I and other statewide hydro development.
